I don’t like the fast-paced life in the city.

In a sense, it is escapism.

I am addicted to walk alone at night.

Because at this time, humans are no longer the protagonists of the city.

The seemingly trivial things occupy my eyes, like street lights，sidewalks……

It’s like entering a silent movie. Some things have been awakened.

For me, works of art are not for praise, but for expression.

Resonance comes from common life and memory.

In my works, painting techniques are just a means.

Constructing a balanced whole through details is the harmony I pursue.

This is a kind of perceptual reasoning.

I am also used to creating some painting diaries.

Every piece of work has its story, which involve personal privacy and social phenomenon.

Color is used to express emotions.

I really appreciate the aesthetic from the 1960s to the end of the 1980s.

Especially in industrial manufacturing, such as cars, trains and movie props.

Those humanistic, romantic, and imaginative designs touched me.

So， I have a collection of many Japanese trains models，vintage train parts，Kaiju who appeared in the Showa period.

They are like my time capsules, condensing aesthetics and technology, and embodying the spirit of craftsmanship.
